A decade in other people's codebases
I build the systems underneath other people's websites — full-stack, with 10+ years specializing in WordPress and Joomla, and custom development in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP. Most of what I ship isn't flashy; it's the donation flow that has to work on the first try, the admin panel a non-technical staff member has to trust.
Most of my career has centered on one product line — I helped build Jdonate.com's donation platform, then rejoined as it evolved into ChipIn.Help on WordPress, building RESTful APIs, integrating PayPal, Stripe, Zapier, Zoho, Make.com, and n8n, and shipping custom Joomla/WordPress themes and plugins along the way. More recently, I've also done web design and development for West Virginia trade associations and nonprofits.
